Robyn Spieler is the Owner & Founder of Reiki & Rouge, a mobile beauty and wellness concierge service in the heart of New York. Her multifaceted approach to esthetics through beauty and wellness has helped her develop a unique set of tools that supports the developmental landscape of the industry as we see it today. As a licensed Esthetician, Reiki Practitioner, and Feng Shui Consultant, Robyn infuses her intuitive talents and compassionate nature to teach, empower, and inspire the future generations. Her services include makeup, skin care, esthetics, reiki, feng shui, personal and professional styling, digital design, podcasting, creative content, and storytelling.

What is Reiki & Rouge's Mission?

​

Reiki & Rouge is mobile boutique that offers specialty services, creative resources, classes, workshops, and events with tools that enhance your wellbeing + magnify your confidence. Geared towards your everyday woman, our mission is to inspire you to feel empowered in your skin, so you can look and feel your best + radiate from within!

What inspired you to create Reiki & Rouge?

​

Motivated by my own healing journey, Reiki & Rouge was inspired by the idea that beauty really does come from within - and when we magnify our inner beauty, our outer beauty becomes much more effortless. Finding the unique balance between these worlds is really about finding the right ingredients that work for you. At Reiki & Rouge, we help you highlight your own unique palette that reflects the beauty that naturally shines within you!

What does beauty mean to you?

 

Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. It is not wrapped in a bow or shaped by ego. It is strengthened by the awareness that shapes us as leaders, teachers, healers, and survivors. For me personally, beauty has been a transformational journey that has led to so many new opportunities! From my own personal journey, I've learned to embrace the distinct attributes we find through the uncommon, yet distinguishable parts of ourselves that truly makes us unique. I believe it is the unordinary that makes us extraordinary when we learn to embrace who we are within, with love and compassion. 

 

​How do you like to express yourself?

 

Behind the smile is a woman of many passions. I love expressing myself through art, writing, fashion, design, beauty, makeup, music, community, and comedy! I believe laughter is the best medicine and surrounding yourself by people that empower you to be yourself. Spending time in nature has been an essential part of my healing process. I enjoy spending time at the beach where I feel most at peace. I am deeply in tune with the energy around me and love exploring the depths of my spirituality. I would consider myself highly sensitive, deeply intuitive, and love connecting with likeminded people!

 

​What was it like growing up as a sensitive child?

 

Growing up in Brooklyn, I was very shy and unsure how to cultivate my sensitivities nor sustain emotional boundaries. I’ve struggled with body image, self-worth, acceptance and even maintaining healthy relationships. These tend to be common themes in our society when we're out of touch with our own reality. I’ve met so many diverse people along my journey. Many who have supported and encouraged me, and the adverse as well. It is through the support that I've received and deep inner work that I’ve committed myself to that has led me to where I am today.

 

​Did you have special training in your line of work?

 

I am a licensed Esthetician through Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics & Cosmetology, a certified Reiki Master Practitioner through The International Center for Reiki Training, with certifications in Usui, Holy Fire® III, and Karuna Reiki®. I am also a certified Feng Shui Consultant through The Feng Shui Manhattan School by Laura Cerrano. Always eager to learn, always inspired! Through the tools that I've acquired and desire to grow, I truly believe it is my life mission to teach and empower women to ignite their soul.

What is your mindset around today’s society and how to live a life most authentically?

 

Through self-awareness and the support of community, I wholeheartedly believe that we can transform our mindset and limiting beliefs to empower us to be the change we wish to see! Compassion, empathy, and patience combined with acts of service has always been a driving force in my life that has helped me to stay balanced and aware of the beauty that exists within all of us.

What are you passionate about?

 

I am passionate about helping my clients remember who they truly are and reignite their spark within. It is my goal to help you glow from the inside out and remember your true beauty from within!
